cooked white rice

broth (any kind)
water if you don't have broth

tomato paste

salt & pepper
you can add more later, to taste

ground cumin

paprika

garlic powder

onion powder
Instructions
Stir in broth, tomato paste, and the spices over low heat until it makes and paste (you don't want it to burn the bottom of the pan)
Add the 2 cups cooked white rice and stir until coated
Add more broth (slowly, as needed) to get the desired consistency
